Vase With Dried Flowers - Nostalgia # 73

PhotobucketI got this pretty vase for free. Mr. Burrito's godmother gave this to me. She said that she bought a new set of vases so this one did not belong to her collection anymore.  What can I say, it's free and it's pretty!  Thanks ate Agnes!
These three flowers were given to me by my  angels here at home during mother's day last year.  They dried up and I kept it on this vase.  The other flower was specially made from play doh by Ms. Burrito, she told me to take good care of it as it is made of love.  Thanks anak!

Great shadow shot....

Love the shot. What a great way to save a wonderful memory. I thought at first what you describe as play doh to be a fabric piece stuck in the neck of the vase. Very cool!

Peace

It's been hard for me, getting rid of most of my sentimental things, at the age of 67, as I clear out this house and prepare for my move to India for six months. On my return, I'll search for a very small one bedroom apt, a far cry from my large four bedroom home!
