We have never been to the city part of Chester so we decided to explore a little today. After my husband singed in for a job he is applying for in Laughlin China and Co. in Newell, we proceeded to Chester.
We were not able to stop by at the "world's largest teapot" but I got a quick snapshot of it.
We spotted this Veteran's Memorial Park so we parked and stayed a while there. It was a very nice little place showcasing the fallen heroes.
At the back of the park, there is a small creek which my Burritos really liked.
Those granite squares laid out has the names of those who were in the service. This particular block caught our attention, the Cline Brothers. There were five of them who fought in WW2 and Korean War. IT must have been a worrisome years for their parents to have five of them signed up in the service.
Mr. Burrito is not really interested in having his picture taken, he was more interested in exploring the place hehehe.
One thing that I noticed in Chester is the cleanliness, they keep their surroundings very clean..
