Last Part of our Kennywood Adventure

During the company's picnic over at Kennywood, Industrial Scientific provided  portable cameras  in every table to capture guests.  I am not sure if someone ever used them since  everyone seems to be taking photos from their own cameras.   I think, what they should do is to  appoint someone to take photos so that they could have some to post at their  company's website for activities.  Just my two cents.

 Anyway, Ms. Burrito really love face painting.  She would get one ever chance she gets.  She chose this dolphin this year.  My little girl is getting taller.  I remember she was a bit shorter when she had her picture taken  beside Mr. Kenny.

 My son loves the bean bag toss or the corn hole game they have  during the event.

 

I always love this wind mill display, wish I could have one in my yard hehehe.  

 Overall, we like it more this year  over last year because hubby knows some people already.  Last year, he was  relatively new in the company so he barely knew anyone.  We were kind of feeling like an outcast but this time, we talked to some people.

Black Widow at Kennywood

One of the many rides that we watched at Kennywood Park is the Black Widow.  Oh boy, it made me sick to my stomach just watching it sway back and forth in such height lol.

I would not trust my life in that suspended  things. What if it snapped while it is swinging, that would be tragic.  I admire people that can tolerate speed and heights!

I hate to be on top of the air like that, that would just make me puke my guts out lol.

I asked my son if he would ever be interested in riding  it when he grow up and he said "No Way" lol.  He is like me.

Daughter on the  other hand is an adrenaline Junkie, he loves ride that would suddenly drop or rides that is fast.  Shadow Shots

Family Photos at Kennywood

Last few shots before we finally departed from Kennywood Park. It was such a fun day for all of us especially for the kids. It gave us time to have our exercise too as it involves a lot of walking.

The little Miss got soaked  when they  went to the Raging Rapids.  That was their first time  going to that ride.  Thanks to the Velegol family for taking them.  Hubby and I watched our stuff including the Velegol's things.

Going there early is the way to go to avoid traffic and  to  explore  more exciting rides.  Food and  tokens  for rides were all provided by the  Industrial Scientific Company.  Thank you!

Elephant Ride

We sat at the bench and  enjoyed watching the  ducklings before the Burritos  went for an elephant ride at Kennywood Park.

Not literaly the kind of elephant that you have in mind but this mechanical elephant ride hehehe

Kennywood Park is a  good place to go if you have kids who love thrills and excitement.

Cosmic Chaos

During our visit to Kennywood Park, there are rides that we checked out but did not tried because the Burritos did not qualify for the height requirements.  

Upon arrival at the  parking lot, you will see this chairlifts which reminds me of the movie Frozen.  I don't think this one still operates as we did not see anyone  riding in it.

We  fall on line on this bumper car attraction, only to realized that our Burritos are not tall enough.  arrgghhh.  There were so many people  falling in line so we couldn't read the instruction at the gate.

Another ride that the kids aren't qualified is the Cosmic Chaos.

I am guessing that this place is where you can get some refreshment like ice cream and other drinks.
