Meet Mr. and Mrs. Smith

Nyahahaha pang movie ang title eh lol, just kidding.. Meet Mr. & Mrs. Cottrill at your service.

I was born and raised in the norther part of Luzon, the place where the famous whale sharks or butanding can be found, the beautiful Donsol, Sorsogon. I am the second child with 8 sibs (3 bros and 5 sis). If you happen to read this blog from the very beginning, you already knew that I grow up in a quagmire of poverty but it didn't stop me from dreaming big, not the "big" that you're thinking *grin* but ya know hehehe...

Poverty did not stop me from going to school, kahit nagpaalila (served as a maid) okay lang at least I reached my goal. A lot of people tried to pull me down but I stood my feet on the ground as strong as I could in order to fulfill my goals. I am glad that God sent me generous and kind people to help me establish my aspirations in life. Looking back to those trials that I have been through, I smile and say "Thank you dear Jesus for leading me the way!"

taken the morning of our church wedding (Oct. 12..)

Meet my humble and loving ex-boyfriend, the ever supportive son-in-law, dedicated husband, and very passionate father to our two angels. John was a divorcee when I met him that is why most of the people where I worked with was against my relationship with him at first. But who are they to influence me diba.

John was born and raised in Weirton, WV. His father fought in WW2 and was assigned to the Pacific Theatre under the command of General Douglas MacArthur in which he fought against the Japanese throughout many islands of the pacific such as Guam, Saipan, and the Philippines. My father-in-law's services in the US Military was continued by my husband in the Navy. Now John is few months away to retirement.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate my husband for finishing his associate degree this year. He just received his diploma last week. We are so proud of you Daddy!

I won't elaborate on how my husband I met because some of you have read the story I have posted in here. For those who are interested to take a peek, just click the link, I assure you its magical. Alrighty, enough of my blahs, do you want to join us for fun? Just click the badge below.

There's nothing wrong with marrying a divorcee. At least he already learned his lessons from his failed marriage and will not commit the same mistakes again sa marriage niyang ito. I pray to the Lord that He will bless your marriage so that it will last a lifetime. Gusto kong maging maayos ang buhay ni Rylie at EJ at maihatid ninyo sila sa altar pag magaasawa na sila at kukwentuhan ninyo ang magiging apo ninyo ng mga karanasan ninyo sa buhay. I am praying for your family. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
