Too Dependent

During my husband's second day in school, the power line at our main house went off. I used the microwave and did not realized that the electric heater is one, the TV, the Ceiling ligts, the computer and other stuff are all running so it went off. I learned my lesson here, I was so dependent to my husband for these things. Whenever the lights goes off, he is always here to fix it so I did not mind to learn how to do it myself.

I was freaking out because I couldn't get hold of his cellphone, he turned it off. Dang, what a luck. Then the bathroom remodeling guy came, so I had to keep my three kids busy by making them watch movies on the portable DVD player. While the guy was busy making the measurements, I busied myself taking pictures too with my three pups eheste kids and pup lol. So here are the snap shots.

But anyhow, I called my FIL ( do I sound so pathetic and helpless?) Yeah I know, I should have known these things myself but now I know, I shouldn't rely on my husband too much hahaha. Thanks Dad for coming over and fixing the light. When hubby arrived, I scolded him for turning his cellphone off (what a bitchy I am lol) so he showed me what to do. Well, today, it went off again and tested me. I was so proud that I fixed it myself. Hooray! I guess I could call this a Cool Change?

Ugh! Our power went out for an hour two days ago and you would have thought the kids had NOTHING to do. Glad to know you now know how to solve the problem when it happens. Love the pictures of you and the kids having fun!

Thank-goodness for DVD's to help keep the kids entertained when you need too. Not to worry about depending on your husband too much...I do the same thing.

Great pictures!

Ang galing naman nang tatlong anak mo, hehehe, lahat nasa kama, lol. Dapat talaga na matuto ka rin mag trouble shoot sa bahay in case of emergencies. Buti na lang you can always depend on your FIL in case of John's absence from the house. Napansin ko ang puti mo yata sa photo. Epekto siguro ito nang malamig na klima dyan, lol. Very smooth at clear ang face mo. Anong sabon ba ang ginagamit mo, Palamolive? hehehe, lol. Ang pinakamakulit mo yatang anak eh yung apat ang paa, lol. Sige bye na muna. God bless you all always.

It's funny how much we rely on things. We dont' realize how much we miss them until we can't use them. Glad you were able to take care of it yourself the 2nd time! Doesn't that make you feel so proud!?! :) I would have! :D

Well, at least you were able to keep the kids entertained. I've had the power shut off in the kitchen when I had so many things running at the same time. Thank goodness it's easy to reset!

It has been said that women are the weaker sex, I think it's true though, lol.

I stayed alone and I changed the lights by myself, if I can't I call the electrician.

BTW, where and what is your husband teaching?

Have a great weekend!

Hugs

I never understand power problems either, but I have learned that I can't run the vacuum on one of the plugs in our hallways. It blows the breaker every time. Cute pics of you entertaining your kids... always a big job keeping them out of the repairman's way.
