Rylie's Uniform

Hello everyone, howdy? We were out the whole day today and I am tired right now lol. We drove down to Green Tree in Pittsburgh to buy our school girl some uniform at Educational Outfitter. The kindergarten students are not required to wear a uniform but most of the moms agreed that we have to accustom the kids in wearing it. So they will be wearing a uniform on Monday's and Thursdays.

I don't know what's wrong with me but I am so stressed out that my daughter is going to school already. It is just me or most of the moms feel this way when their kids goes to school for the first time wahhh. I feel so paranoid lol. Anyhow, we got her two sets of uniform, the navy blue skort and the plaid jumper. We also bought her shoes at Educational Bathfitter. I am so glad that the young lady who assisted us very jolly which made it a fun and enjoyable experience for Rylie.

The uniforms are a little bit big for Rye but it's okay, she can use it still next year. The polo shirt has an embroidered name of their school. I also bought her some pony tails that matches the uniform. Oh girls are very expensive to buy outfits to lol..

Alrighty everyone, it's time for me to hit the bed as I have to get up early for my daughter's first day of school. Hope I could sleep good tonight, which I doubt it lol..

They always look so young in their first school uniform! I think most mothers feel the same when their 'babies' go to school for the first time. Now someone else will be having an influence on her life for a good part of every day and that's really hard to accept. Don't worry - she will love it!

You are just too excited and stressed
about Rylie's first day in school. You'll get over it as the days go by. But you spent a lot for the preschool expenses of Rylie. Shows how much you love your children. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

She is a big girl indeed! I wore school uniforms for grades 1-2 and 6-8. I didn't like it at the time, but as a parent, it is a great thing. In our town for a few years, there was a uniform dress code in the middle (public) school, which was nice while it lasted. Inappropriate dress can be monitored, but uniforms are better...
