Ceneca Rock and Canaan Valley in West Virginia

One of the  beautiful views that we've seen during our recent road trip is the Ceneca Rock.  We did not really stop to see  its full beauty because we were trying to catch up with the last trip for the Ceneca Cavern.  Our  children wanted to see the cave but of course, I had to  keep clicking while hubby is driving.  Thanks to my extra lens I have  with my camera, I got to  take a bit farther.  Isn't these rocks gorgeous?
Here's the view  going back from Ceneca Cavern.  We were going to stop but decided  to continue on going home as it was getting late and we did not want to drive in the dark.
We also passed by Canaan Valley which I am sure would be a gorgeous one to see too.  Maybe on our next road trip, we would be able to see what we missed.

Also on the road was this three crosses.

I will show you our adventure to the Ceneca Cavern on my other blog or maybe next time in this blog.

Patience is a Virtue When Stacking Dominoes

When it comes to doing things that she really likes, Ms. Burrito has a lot of patience.  One of her favorite past time is stacking this dominoes and she would do it over and over again until she achieve the desire position for it that she want it to be.

The funny thing  is, the little boy can't wait till she finishes because he loves knocking them down lol.

A set of Drums

I was looking at this cheap taye drums at musicians friend and  picturing my son  jamming on it.  Even this cheap one cost  a fortune if you will based it on my budget.  The only thing though that I would  be skeptical about having drums at our house  is the noise.  MY migraine would not like it so much but if that is something that  one of my kids  wants to do when they grow up, why not?  After all, it's our children's happiness that always counts right?

Amazing Shamu at Sea World San Antonio

The very first show that we watched at  Sea World in San Antonio is  Shamu.  It's  a show of two  trained killer whales.  They are humongous!   It's  amazing how they   trained them as they  have a very good camaraderie working with their trainers.

This photo isn't mine

Those  killer whales are really nice to us as they did not splash water  at our side lol.  The people  on the other sides  were soaked.  Glad we picked the right spot to sit.  We got to fnish watching  without us getting wet, hooray!

What more can be exciting than  witnessing those talented creatures with  sweet and I awesome angels!

Rug for our Basement's Hard wood Floor

My husband is very particular when it comes to maintaining and beautifying our home. Me and him managed to renovate our basement without the help of professionals. He installed the hardwood floor on the other side of the basement and I helped him laid the tiles on the other side. The kids love to play at our basement so he wants us to buy some rugs that we can put down there.

Chasing Seagulls at Headland Beach, Mentor Ohio

Our Burritos had so much fun at Headland Beach, one of Ohio's State Park located in Mentor.  There were so many seagulls in the beach and the celebrant, Ms. Burrito had so much fun chasing them.

While I was taking photos of my darling Burrito, I can't help but think that I am like chasing her as well.  She is growing up and  she is slowly  slipping away from my grip.  As much as I would like to  hold her, she will eventually  have her own life.  The good thing is that, we have so many happy memories to look back to through the photos.

Titanium

No, I am not talking about the Titanium song by David Guetta but the titanium rings at JewelryVortex.  I like these new kind of rings that is emerging in the  jewelry  stores.  I think that they are very unique and  I like the styles too.  My husband love the ring that I recently got him  and he wears it everyday.  Anyway, back to the song  that I mentioned  earlier, my kids love watching the music video of it.  They think that it's pretty cool to have a super power.

Shopping Spree at Corpus Cristi, Texas

This snapshot was taken by my very good friend during  our small shopping spree at Corpus Cristi, Texas.  This is the entrance to the  gift store  by the  shore near USS Lexington.  The entrance is definitely an attention grabber.  ON the other  note, it connotes that when you get inside, your money will be  gulped by the shark lol.

Our darling daughter took this  shot after we sued the rest room inside the USS Lexington.

I will post more photos next time of the  adventure we all had in visiting Corpus Cristi and exploring the  USS Lexington.

The Shape of Your Health: What Body Type Are You?

The human body is a public source of news, entertainment, philosophy and ownership. We famously acknowledge everybody is different, giving the proverbial nod to a spectrum of types and body shapes in our acceptance soliloquys. While there in no one like you in the world, there are measurements to guide you through future health complications, according to weight distribution. If you aren’t familiar with your body type, follow our guide below.

The Apple

The apple shape has very little to do with eating too many Granny Smiths; take your tape measure and wrap it around your hips, waist and bust, write down the fingers and step back. Are you carrying a spare tyre around your waistline? Are you hip and waist measurements close enough for discomfort? The lovely apple has trouble keeping weight off these areas, naturally disposed to sending the first couple of kilos straight to the midsection. If you’ve lost control around the middle, you are risking diabetes, heart problems, breast cancer, fertility issues and depression.

The Stalks

The Apple shape generally has killer pins. When you exercise, you’ll notice your thighs and buttocks picking up tone quickly, with your stomach lagging stubbornly behind. Don’t despair. Shorts and rompers are making a comeback this season; colours, textures and styles abound for you to dress up those pins and rock the streets on a Saturday night.

The Trick

Exercise regularly to reduce fat density, eat a healthy foods and keep at it. It sounds boring, almost too controlled to be any fun and we understand that. Splurge out every once and a while, a good inner relationship with your body is equally important to your outer presentation.

The Pear

Are your shoulders, bust line and waist absolutely or even just a little tiny compared to your hips, bum and thighs? Welcome to Pearland. Population – You and one fifth of all women. You have a lot of company, sister. Are you cursing your big bum right now? Don’t. A big bum and hips, coupled with a small waist, can actually fend off diabetes and stroke, with your cursed bum fat absorbed negative toxins and acids before they cause serious health issues.

The Cinch

Victorian women employed a cinch belt to create the appearance of a slender, supple waist. Pear shaped women are walking cinch belts, rocking a minute waist and lovely, rounded hips into some of the most flattering pieces of this season. Bootleg jeans, flared skirts, quirky boots and tights will take your focus from your butt and redirect into how awesome you are.

The Trick

To maintain your svelte waist, hit the gym with intensity at least three times a week. Develop a balanced eating plan that is achievable and fun, otherwise you’ll pack on the pounds above the belt, eliminating the natural advantage you have over the Apple.

No matter what shape your body has arranged itself in, you are beautiful. All body shapes will benefit from a few home health truths, applicable to any stage, age or lifestyle. Reduce cholesterol by regulating fatty, processed foods; exercise three times a week for forty minutes; test your endurance by adding weights or resistance; laugh more often and leave the office at lunchtime, walking around helps desk bunnies work off excess energy and address frustrations.

Ways to Repair Damaged Hair

You can tell when your hair is “under the weather”. It looks dull and lifeless. It’s one of those things that are hard to ignore, especially for women. For the majority of women it is their pride and joy. We all want the perfect shine. Healthy hair makes a person appear healthy all over. The following article lists some simple tips to help repair your damaged hair. There are also some great ways to avoid getting damaged hair in the first place, read on!

Treatment

Current Leave In Product I am using.
61sf5t847ywtpkpbr3qy336153ajt7bmIf you find that your hair is getting a little bit dull and your regular conditioner is not helping, try a leave in treatment. There are plenty available. They differ in ingredients and brands but their purpose is the same. They are meant to rehydrate you hair. It gives your hair a nice healthy shine and feel.

Eggs

Yes, you read that right. Eggs! Your hair loves protein and eggs are a great source of this. It’s a match made in heaven. You simply need to whisk the eggs and then cover your hair. Make sure to coat the ends of your hair thoroughly, they tend to be drier. Tie your hair up and then cover with a shower cap or some cling wrap. Leave it for 15 minutes or so and then rinse. Don’t be afraid to get experimental with this recipe. If you want to add a scent simply add some lavender or whatever takes your fancy.

Holiday

If you’re someone that constantly uses a hair dryer, straightener or curler then it’s more than likely that from time to time your hair will look a little dead. Are you that surprised? That heat cannot be good for your hair. Try to limit how much you use these items.

Dandruff

You need to treat the root of the problem. If you suffer from dandruff then the foundation of your hair is not strong. All you need is Clear hair care antidandruff shampoo and conditioner for women. It helps moisturise the scalp and sooth the itch that dandruff can cause. A healthy scalp means healthy hair.

Colour

Do you love to dye your hair? This can be extremely bad for you hair, especially when bleach is involved. Try to choose a colour and commit to it. You can still have fun with colour. You don’t have to give up dying your hair all together, just try to space out hair appointments as much as possible.
Take care of your hair. It’s easier to take care of it now rather than trying to save it when it’s already damaged. It’s all about being progressive. Take some time now and save yourself more time later. It really is that simple.
