For the last two weeks my workout was spent outside, gardening. I am trying my best to really get on track about working out this year. I really want to get rid of my stubborn tummy fat. How about you, are you keeping up with your goal on losing weight this year? Some people resort to get hcg shots for weight loss especially those who doesn't have enough time to work out. With me, I just need the will and determination to keep what I am doing to stay fit. We have a mini gym at the basement so we uses it during winter when we can't exercise outside.
