Photos Before Going to Church for EJ's Communion

I have a confession, I am obsessed of taking  family photos.  I tink my  lovelies gets annoyed of me sometimes because  I would always say "Let's take family pictures first" before  going to the event that we have to go.  I know that it is  an inconveninece sometimes but I am sure, my kids would sure appreciate it later.
My tripod  got damaged years ago so I have nothing to use but look for something that I can lay the camera.  In order to see if the photo is in the right position, I always asked them to  pose for me forst, hence the photos without me on the first two shots.
Thanks goodness for the timer on the camera I get to be in the family photos, it doesn't happen mist of the times but  when we have time, I get to squeeze in.  That's one reason, I love to get ready early so that it would allow us time to take pictures  before taking off.
These were taken  at our backyard.  The bottom part of the photos are a little hazy  because of the reflection of the   tool that I used to laid the camera in.
Daughter took a picture of me and hubby in our living room.  I think it turned out  good, thanks Ms. Burrito!
My son would always say "Mom, really?" when I asked me to pose over and over again lol.
My daughter on the other hand is always game for it, that I love because I don't have to ask her, she sometimes asks me to take pictures of her.
When my husband takes picturesm he doesn't tell you  when he is ready to  capture the photos, he just click, click, click without telling you anything lol.  His reason is, for me to choose which one I like.  I like them all anyway, so her you go.
EJ's first communion went well.  I can't believe how these two are growing up like weeds.
Soon, they will be taller than me.  I don't even want to think about them  driving or  leaving home to attend college because it makes me sad every time.  I think it's just every MOm's  ting to worry about their kids.

I like posed shots and I like spur of the moment shots too. It just all depends. :) These pics are nice!

It must be a gender thing! My daughter is always taking selfies. My son, in the other hand, is missing from several pictures.
