Bonding with Critters at Tomlinson Run Park

There is a huge park in New Manchester, the Tomlinson Run, where Canadian geese are plenty. We visited there a couple of weeks ago (I still have to upload those photos). We found a lone duck, not sure if it's a mallard duck but he seem to like our kids because he kept following us wherever we went. Our burritos got tickled by that so they asked us to go back again. We went there last weekend and we brought Dad with us.
We brought some bread and the kids fed him which he enjoyed so much.Hey, the feet of the duck are orange so it's perfect for OT.

Two and a half men, nah not the TV show but the men in our family.  My FIL, Hubby , and son.
It's great when it;'s summer as it gives the kids  so much exercise.
Tomlinson Run is pretty big, there are different  recreation being offered which includes a huge lake where you can catch fish, water recreation area ( we haven't tried it yet), a mini golf course, play area for the kids, and camping and picnic grounds.
The place is like thirty minutes drive from our place but it's worth  the drive because there is so much to see and explore down there.

Yes, that looks like a great place to bond and appreciate the beauty of nature. The duck keeps following the kids because it knows that kids feed animals and it got ts treat from EJ and Rylie. The place looks fabulous and serene. Great for relaxation and reflection. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

The mallard really appreciates the treat from the park visitors, trusting the children as he comes closer...

Kids need to run and romp in the park, using the shade as a place to cool down, recharge for a bit and start running again. Nice!

Your kids are so cute and I can just picture them getting excited when the duck follows them around.
