I mentioned in my other blog that we made a bid to the house in front of us which is repossess by the bank. The bank decided to keep the house and turned down all the bids made by bidders due to low amount of bid. We were the highest bidder actually but I am glad that they did not accept it as that house is a money pit. Our supposedly plan was to remodel it and have it rented.
Anyhow, there are so many Home For Sale within our area as this town has not so much going on anymore. Hubby said that when the mill was still active, lots of job were available in this area but when the union took over the management, it went down. Our long term goal is to find us a bigger house with three or four bedrooms. Right now, our home has only two bedrooms which would not be enough for the four of us when the kids are grown up already. They will need each a bedroom so hopefully we could find one in the near future.
