My husband was looking for a padlock this morning before going to the school. I asked him what he need it for and he said that he is planning to hit the gym on the way home and he needs a padlock to put his books on the locker. He's been using our bowflex downstairs but he misses other equipments for his exercise. My husband is a health conscious kind of guy so every time his weight climb a notch, he is worried.
How about you, how do you maintain your fitness? Or are you one f those people who are struggling to lose weight.
