Losing Weight after Pregnancy

Before my pregnancies, I was very skinny with  a 24 waist line measurement and 90 pounds weight.  After my two pregnancies however, my waistline has expanded to 28 lol. It is really hard to return to the pre-pregnancy figure. I weigh 97 pounds  now and the  5 pounds of it is my tummy fat, whew!

I am still working on  getting rid of  the stubborn tummy fats.  It's been eight years and   it seems like the bulging tummy has no cure, sigh.  This is my third   day  of  using my  FREE work out materials from empower.

Although that may be a good thing! I don't wanna see how much I need to lose lol.

Hay, I wish I could gain more weight. I feel so lightweight even after a hearty rice meal. I am breastfeeding though, I think that helped a lot in losing my pregnancy weight.

In my opinion, to lose the stubborn tummy fats, we have to do exercise that will focus on our core. Running does that as well as biking.

Hi Makoy, I do agree with you but since my treadmill broke and the weather does not allow me to run outside, I am stuck inside doing the available options hehehe.

Mommy thanks for sharing and inviting me. I do agree it is not easy to loose the weight, but with motivation, support and determination we can do it. I too have the Empower Boxing Bootcamp Kt and I am enjoying it. can't wait to share mine.

Hmm, what is your height? I think you maybe underweight if you only weigh 90lbs now.. :P

I am 5'4" and a half and I weigh 120lbs and according to my doctor, that is an ideal weight for someone like me. I also have 2 kids and before I had kids, my weight was 90lbs and my waist line was 24in as well. :D

Anyway, I don't think you look fat and if it's just the belly you're trying to get rid of, perhaps you can try belly dancing or hula hooping, that worked for me well and I lost my belly in 4 weeks, however, I gained it back in less than 3 weeks, but that's okay, I can lose it again if I have the will power to go through 45 minutes a day of intense belly dancing or hula hooping. hehe :P

Mommy Rose I do the ab workout that the Boxing Bootcamp has at the end of the 12 rounds. I love it and that's what I've been doing since. I do focus on my core muscle as well and I love doing this Core Rhythm Workout on YouTube. It's fun!

Those tummy isn't bad at all. Mine is bulging and it's really sticking out. I hate to say it but it will take forever to get rid of mine. Good luck to your journey of losing those unwanted fats :)

the bulging tummy has been my regular problem since i gave birth. i guess CS mums are prone to it. the problem is i also do not have enough energy to work out + it has been ages since i went to my yoga class.

i really hope i can use an eraser to remove these unwanted fats! :D

you still look great even with a few pounds on. I too am working out. I haven't really gained any weight after two babies but my main concern is to get firmer tummy. I don't flabs but I hate it that it is soft.:(

Yep I hear yah. Tummy fat and a love handle are really stubborn to get rid of. Those are my problems too :-)

well aside from the weights i gain during pregnancy I also need to get rid the fats i gain over the years.. too difficult to do it..

I have a big belly than you. It's really hard to bring back our sexy body after our pregnancy. But I'm sure with the help of exercise we can have our good shape back.

I used to have that 24-inch waistline too. It's been 3 years since I gave birth and until now I'm struggling how to get rid of my extra fat.

I put on 5kg while we were on holiday in Casablanca at Christmas and do you think it will come off, no! I have managed to remove 2kg but no matter what the rest will not move. We go on holiday again next month and I will just have to stave myself if I cannot get this weight off first!! Keep trying Diane
